Rights and responsibilities of Volta90 investors (VLT90 holders).
Investors are whitelisted addresses that hold VLT90 shares. They hold a proportional claim on the vault's net assets and can request deposits or withdrawals at any time, subject to epoch-based settlement.
Investor Rights
- Submit deposit requests (if whitelisted)
- Submit withdrawal requests at any time
- Cancel pending requests before epoch close
- Claim settled shares or USDC after each epoch
- View vault NAV, position history, and transactions on-chain
No Governance Rights
VLT90 shares are purely economic instruments. They do not confer governance rights over the vault's strategy, parameters, or manager selection.
