Vault Manager

The role and responsibilities of the Volta90 vault manager.

The Vault Manager is the entity responsible for deploying and managing capital within Volta90. This includes executing trades on Hyperliquid, managing risk and position sizing, and submitting NAV updates at each epoch close.

Capabilities

• Bridge USDC from the vault contract to Hyperliquid
• Open and close positions on Hyperliquid (perps and spot)
• Submit NAV valuations to the vault contract as valuation provider
• Collect management and performance fees at epoch settlement

Constraints

• Cannot directly withdraw investor USDC outside of the settlement mechanism
• Cannot bypass the epoch system or force instant redemptions
• NAV updates are immutable once submitted on-chain
• Fee rates are set at vault deployment and cannot be unilaterally modified
